Collection
We will arrange collection of visitors from anywhere within Durban. Should you require transportation from outside of Durban,we will endeavor to meet your requirements.
Transportation
All tours are conducted in 7-12 seater vehicles. This ensures the comfort of travelers and keeps the personal contact between yourselves and the tour guide. We do cater for larger tour groups.
Customizing tours
We welcome any changes you may like to make to an itinerary. Adding or taking away days and destinations is encouraged to suit your holiday needs. We will gladly amend any tour package upon request.
Accommodation
All extended tours include accommodation. Towels, linen and toiletries are provided. All accommodation is en suite unless otherwise stated. Should you require more affordable rustic accomodation, we will amend your tour package to meet these requirements.
Meals
All meals are included on extended tours. Lunch is included on all day tours. Breakfast includes eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, with fresh fruit , cereal, tea/coffee and juice. Lunch is at one of the restaurants within the area visited. Dinner is a buffet(unless otherwise stated) ,with a selection of hot dishes, salad bar and desserts. Vegetarians, Kosher and Halal guests will be catered for to the best of our ability, please ensure you notify us of this when booking. Please note that on the day of pick up for extended tours breakfast is not provided. Dinner on the day of return is also not provided.
Saftey
All areas visited and routes taken are done so with your safety in mind. Your tour guide has an intimate knowledge of the surrounding conditions. We endeavor to make sure your holiday is as relaxed and carefree as possible. Should you require information on other destinations your guide will be happy to assist in any way.
Smoking
For the comfort of other passengers there is a no smoking policy in all vehicles. There will be designated smoking areas along the way. South Africa has strict anti smoking rules, lighting up in public buildings and certain areas is against the law.
Drinking water
We do provide spring water for all meals. Drinking water from the tap in most cities in South Africa is perfectly fine.
Indemnity
We accept no responsibility for death, injury or personal loss whilst on tour. We reserve the right to amend tour itineraries and routes should the need arise, and provide suitable replacements. Prices are subject to change without any notice prior to booking.
Travel Insurance
We recommend you take out personal and medical insurance for duration of your stay in South Africa. Although the chances of you needing it are slim, it is best to have for your peace of mind.
Payments
Once an enquiry has been made, a no obligation pro forma invoice will be sent out, detailing the tour itinerary and cost. All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). We will supply our banking details should you wish to make payment via EFT or deposit. We also have a Pay Pal payment facility located at the bottom of this websites Home Page. Please note no tour will depart until the full amount has been payed.
