Shakaland Tour

Leaving Durban we travel into the heart of Zululand. Arriving at Shakaland North, home of the famous Zulu King, 'Shaka'. King Shaka ruled much of Kwa-Zulu Natal, and the surrounding land. Durban's new international airport is named after this great warrior and leader. Here a tour guide will take you on a 3 hour cultural excursion of an authentic Zulu villiage. Learn their traditions/Tribal rituals and how they live from day to day, from the layout of a Zulu home to masterfull weaving, and beer tasting. Meet a real Isangoma, (a traditional healer and fortune teller). See how traditional spears are made, and the fighting formation Zulu warriors adopted. Relax and enjoy the beats of Zulu drums and traditional Zulu dancing. Lunch is included during your visit.
