Our Rights

We reserve the right to:
> modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, the Website (or any part of) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website; and/or
> change these Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the Website (or any part of) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. > We will use our reasonable endeavours to maintain the Website. The Website is subject to change from time to time. You will not be eligible for any compensation because you cannot use any part of the Website or because of a failure, suspension or withdrawal of all or part of the Website due to circumstances beyond our control.

>Durbansafaris.com will keep all personal information you give us as strictly confidential and no personal information will be made available to third parties whatsoever, unless obliged to do so by law or legal process.
>When you forward personal information including your name, e-mail address, mailing address and credit card details to us. Once we receive it, we will protect such information from unauthorised access and use.
>Durbansafaris.com may send e-mail messages to our subscribers with news and special offers and users may, by return mail, indicate whether they would prefer not to receive any such mail in future.

Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Cancellation charges only apply to paid confirmed reservations. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase.

A 50% deposit is required, with the remained being payed 45 days prior to the tour departing.

We are aware that clients only cancel due to unforeseeable circumstances, as a valued guest, you can rest assured that we will go out of our way to secure a reduced rate for your next reservation with us.

Payment Options

Once an enquiry has been made, a no obligation pro forma invoice will be sent out, detailing the tour itinerary and cost. All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). We will supply our banking details should you wish to make payment via EFT or deposit. We accept payments through Pay Pay, located at the bottom of our home page. Please note no tour will depart until the full amount has been payed.

Insurance

Insurance against cancellation, illness and for loss of baggage is highly recommended for all passengers travelling with Durban Safaris.com, (please ask your travel agent for insurance options). Passengers undertake all activities associated with itinerary at their own risk and are responsible for their own insurance. Durban Safaris.com will not be liable if anyone should fail to take adequate insurance cover.
